Automated ticket system

Our support desk offers a fully automated case logging system (powered, needless to say, by SugarCRM), meaning that even if our offices are closed when you log your issue, it will be in our system ready to pick up as soon as we open our doors the next day. Not only that, but you will also receive a record of when you logged the case, as well as the case number, to ensure that we know exactly which issue we are talking to you about.

Convenient opening hours

If you have bought your SugarCRM licences directly from SugarCRM.com, you automatically receive technical support from SugarCRM Inc in California. However, due to time differences, they may not be on hand when you need them. In these cases we can still offer you technical and end user support. Simply call our sales team to discuss your requirements and we will provide a costing proposal for the support, whether it be for a single case or an ongoing contract.
